What are the shipment and delevery times?

Your order is typically shipped within 2 to 5 business days and delivered within 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Apparel Collection & Home and Lifestyle Collection:

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. You will have to provide us with a clear photo showing the issue. Note that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

The Journal Towards Success Collection:

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy. Please notify us within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through our online Customer support form.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Apparel Collection & Home and Lifestyle Collection:

You can cancel your order only if the order has not been submitted to production yet. Please, send an email to rodaliesconfidences@gmail.com to fulfill this request.

If you can cancel your order, please note that modifications to the order are not possible.

The Journal Towards Success Collection:

You can automatically cancel your order if the production hasn't started yet. Then you'll be automatically reimburse. However, if the production has started, you cannot cancel your order.
